All units have central air-conditioning, an on-site Laundromat, boat docks, dip in the Gulf (475 feet of private beach) at the doorstep or swim in the large, heated swimming pool – the only screened-in resort pool on Sanibel Island. To sun more privately, they have a sun deck with chaise lounges and tables. If tennis is your sport, you’ll find private tennis courts.

Rental Information: Book weekly or nightly starting any day of the week. Nightly rates are available for short-term reservations or stays of up to 14 nights that start ANY DAY OF THE WEEK, not necessarily Saturday to Saturday.
Weekly rates and booking: Discounts are given for stays of 7 nights or more beginning on a Saturday.
